The last week went real quick like a rollercoaster ride. Finally, I entered the second week with an eagerness to hear about new technologies, to learn about them and to implement them in the right way. I don't fear to learn new technologies anymore no matter how difficult it is because technologies are man made so anyone can learn it and excel in it.

I would like to continue from where I left last week. I got answers to a lot of my questions.

Let’s say I created a script for taking backup & I need to run the script daily at a particular time. It would be easy to do it manually on one or two systems but what if there are hundreds of systems? It would take days to it manually. Don't worry, Crontab comes to the rescue.

Imagine running a graphical program inside Docker? Is it possible? Yes, or No. Responses of some people could be in between. A threshold is a must to avoid this situation. It could be answered via Logistic Regression. How? Because the output variable is Binary (YES, NO). I know it is lame 😁 but I think the meaning has been conveyed properly.

Many people say it is complete nonsense to talk about GUI in docker because docker is always used with respect to CLI. But, You never know!!!!

I learned about Docker Files as well. A Dockerfile is a text document that contains all the commands a user could call on the command line to assemble an image.

My definition of Daemon 😈 was completely different before 😜.

“Life is uncertain. Eat dessert fast”. Now, I think you have understood the real meaning of optimization 😂.

Imagine you’re building a shopping recommendation engine, and you discover that if an item is trending and a user has browsed the category of that item in the last day, they are very likely to buy the trending item.

These two variables are so accurate together that you can combine them into a new single variable, or feature.

Finding connections between variables and packaging them into a new single variable is called feature engineering.
Deep learning is an automated feature engineering.

I did not think that the term “Neuron” will again come into my life. Well, A big thanks to “Neural Network”. Neural networks process information in a similar way the human brain does. The network is composed of a large number of highly interconnected processing elements(neurons) working in parallel to solve a specific problem. Let's see if you can understand the following statement.

“So, they ran a deep neural network to predict the hottest technological trend of 2018. Surprisingly, it predicted the answer to be deep neural networks! People accused it was biased. NN coders assumed it was probably due to the large initial bias”.

In the world of technology, NFS does not mean Need for Speed 😜. It means “Network File System”. It allows a user on a client computer to access files over a computer network much like local storage is accessed.

Automation is buzzword nowadays.

DevOps means (Development + Operations). Doesn't it sound cool? Well, it completely does. It is agile and intelligent. It helps us to shorten the systems development life cycle while delivering features, fixes, and updates frequently in close alignment with business objectives.

There are two types of languages in this world of technology, declarative and imperative.

Imperative languages are those languages in which we need to tell what to do and how to do. For example, Python, etc.

Declarative languages are those languages in which we only to need to tell what to do. YAML is one of them.

Ansible which is a configuration management tool uses YAML to create Ansible Playbooks. We can code either via cmd (Ad hoc way) or via Ansible playbooks. An Ansible playbook is an organized unit of scripts that defines work for a server configuration managed by the automation tool Ansible.

Instead of cursing other clouds for not having what you want, why don't you create your own cloud? Yes, I learned how to create my own cloud and include features as per my requirement.

Imagine a barbarian warrior which we see in Clash of Clans performing some moves on any object. Isn't it fascinating? Well, it is all Augmented Reality (AR). It turned into reality using Unity in just 2 days.

The ending should always be happy.

On May 31st, I became a Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8. Now, I can proudly say that I am one of the first few individuals in the world who cracked Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8. Now, looking forward to Ansible.
