Increase knowledge

Sharing knowledge and discussion are the best source of increasing information. By this we are able to convey our thoughts but at the same time we can listen others point of view. It is beneficial as we listen others it can enhance our active listening skills and can increase our knowledge.

I learned 6 beneficial tips about career in Amal Academy. How we can move up in our career. Which effort are required and which strategies we can implement to make our career. As these tips are very useful so I thought that I should share these tips with my university fellow Amna Shamshad. She want to do a job and she is struggling with her career. I called her and make a plan of discussion and we decoded the day and place.

We meet in university and I told her about 6 tips. The tips was:

I explain her that it is very necessary to find your passion to do a job if you find a job about which you are not passionate you will lose interest as well as unable to show your performance. So you should do an internship to find that whether you are interested in field or not. As well it will help you to understand your passion and you will be able to understand you should take admission for further study or not.

If you take a decision in your life, own your decision because sometime our decision are not good for us but we can learn from them but never blame others. But she was not agree with my point that we should spend at least one year in your first job as her point of view was if job is not according to our desire we should leave as she has the experience of teaching in such school where environment was not good and there were so many conflicts between teachers so she leave the job. I told her about “show kindness” “you should show kindness to teachers it can be help you to reduce the conflicts and leaving a job in short time will have bad impact on our resume.”

The main take away I learned from it was sharing the ideas with others and by this we can be familiar what others think about the same point. As my friends she thinks different at one point it make me realize how we can convince others and can know others point of view.
