What are you Passionate About?

Do you want to know how you can create a life that you love, and also monetise your passion to create a life that you love?

Now my passion for helping people create a life they love and create a career that they love stems from being in Corporate HR roles over the years, and seeing how many people go to jobs that they don’t love, and the impact that this has on their lives. I have personally experienced this, and I know my husband has experienced this also.

That is why I am so committed to help people create a career and a life that they love.

I wanted to come on here shared was a conversation that I had in a coffee shop the other day with a friend of mine and what we really uncovered in this conversation.

We discussed how she could create a career out of doing what she loves. Something that she hadn’t previously thought of, thinking it was impossible. We talked and mapped out and now there’s a strategy in place for her to start to create a life and career that she will love.

Maybe you are someone who is going to a job that you’re not necessarily passionate about but you are really good at it? Or perhaps you’re not passionate about it, but you don’t know what else to do. I want to show you a way to start to uncover what it is love and then how you can investigate how you can create money and a living out of doing that. So the conversation that we were having, I asked her, ‘what would you be doing if you could be doing absolutely anything?

She shared with me that she wouldn’t be doing much. Haha. And she started talking, think about all of this stuff. She wanted to socialise, and talk with people in coffee shops, and go shopping and all of that good stuff. But you know what — These jobs exist. Mystery shoppers is just one example.

So businesses have a need where they want their staff to be better communicators. And so what they do is they hire mystery shoppers to experience their brand. So I showed that there was an opportunity for her to be doing something that she loves.

She said she also loves just spending time sewing. Now I’m not a sewer, but I really love little handmade blankets and stuff for my little girls, for them to play with with their dolls. So I’m a mum who is NOT going to sew, but I really want someone who can make this stuff for me. So again, there is a demand, and there’s a potential business opportunity there. If you are willing to put the effort in.

What we were really talking about was how she could really start to create a life in line with what she is so passionate about, because I know we’ve all heard it. ‘Find what you are most passionate about and you will never have to work, work a day in your life.’ However, I am really resonating with that now, because I have found something that I am so passionate about.

My life now is about helping people create a life that they love, and helping people create healthy minds and healthy bodies so that they can be the best and most productive versions of themselves. Also helping people see what is possible in creating a career they love.

If you are someone who really is not loving where you are at at the moment in terms of your career, what I encourage you to do is list down what you really love doing. You don’t have to have the solution straight away, and what that business looks like right now.

If you can create the thinking around what’s possible, not at what you’re doing now, but what is possible for the future and how you can use what you want to be doing and creating a life out of that.
