The Easiest Way To Improve Your English Communication

Hello everyone and welcome to English Hackers. My name is Braden Chase. Moreover, today was a great day for us. We went to church, had a good time with the kids and um, it was just an all-around great day.

While I was at church, a bunch of different things that people were talking about. However, I remember listening to one of the speakers at church, and he said something, and I was like, “Eh, I probably wouldn’t say it that way, but I get what you’re talking about.”

Now, you’re probably thinking, hey Braden; this is an English lesson, right? This isn’t supposed to be about, religion or anything like that. However, bear with me for a second.

So I was listening to that, and I was thinking about this guy and what he’d said, and I was like, “I don’t think that was the best way to say that.” However, I knew what he meant, and I wasn’t bothered by it.

Moreover, I was talking with my wife about it afterward and she told me a story of that same kind of a thing happening to her on Facebook. She read something, and it didn’t sound very nice, but since she knew the person, she knew that it was just a misinterpretation.

This happened to my cousin on Facebook. So, you have those little buttons, “Like” “love,” “sad,” the different faces you can put on each post. And my cousin posted some pictures of her wedding anniversary. It was very exciting. And she posted very beautiful pictures because she’s happy and wants to share it. Which is awesome!

After she posts them up there and three or four people liked, there was a heart, heart, Heart, and a comment “Oh, we love this! It’s so great.”

Moreover, then somebody put a sad face with little tears and my cousin was like, “Why is somebody sad that I’m having a wedding anniversary? Isn’t that a good thing?”

It was bizarre. She was soooo confused. Moreover, so she posted in the comment, she’s like, “So friend, why did you put a sad face on my post? What’s going on?”

The friend responded, “Oh they’re just so beautiful that I’m crying with happiness.”

Moreover, it was just such a great example of how miscommunication can happen and how some words that people say to us or the words that we hear, we can interpret them in one way, but what the person meant was different. Moreover, it was just another reason for me to kind of be a little slower to judge others.

I wanted to share that with you guys. A reason for me to be patient and calm and understanding and to always try and think the best of other people.

Because most of the time, when people are talking to you, and they’re your friend, they’re probably thinking nice things, and they’re trying to say nice things to you. Moreover, maybe what they say isn’t the best way to say things or the way that you would expect them to say it.

However, we can be understanding of one another, and that will help us all and help the world and your lives be better as you are more patient.

So that’s just my tip for the day. I hope you guys enjoyed that and that it’s good for you. Moreover, I will see you another time. Bye.
